Contract Agreement for New Residential Clients
• Fees are $9.00 for the first dog and $3.50 for each additional dog per week. This contract also includes an initial clean-up fee to be determined on a case by case basis depending on waste build up. This initial fee is due before the first cleaning service.
• If you expect your dog(s) to be in the yard when we clean, we like to meet you and your dog(s) at a free, initial visit.
• Access to yard or pen shall be easily available. A key, or combination, shall be provided if gate is locked. The lock will be relocked after we finish for the day.
• If access is not reasonably allowed, for example because of a locked or blocked gate, the regular fee will be charged and a note as to the problem will be left. We will make a reasonable effort to access the area to clean before we give up.
• Most dogs are friendly and playful, yet we understand some dogs are protective of their yards to strangers. If your dog doesn’t allow access, in order to protect both your pet and our employees, we will not push the issue. A note will be left as to the problem and the normal fee will be assessed.
• We care about your dog friends and want to be their friend too. From time to time, we may offer treats from a recognized national company to your dog. If this poses a problem, for any reason, please let us know. Please DO NOT give treats to my dog(s) _____________ (Init.)
• If you wish to skip a regular pickup day, please call us with at least 2 hours notice and you won’t be charged. The next pickup may have an additional fee for added accumulation.
• We work in rain, but snow and extremely cold temperatures do create problems for us. If it snows more than 1 inch we will not pickup that day and you will not be charged. If snow is on the ground but less than one inch of new snow falls in any 24 hour period, we will provide your regular service in order to keep accumulation from building up.
• If for any reason we cannot provide services for a series of weeks or if services are discontinued for any reason, we will visit with you again and provide a free estimate of the cost to reinstate services.
• Billing is on the first day of each month for the previous month’s work. Since we don’t get paid for weekly services until after we do the work, we expect prompt payment. There will be a $5.00 late fee for payments not made by the 20th of each month. Balances remaining unpaid over 60 days from the invoice date will be assessed interest at 1 1/2% per month (18% per annum).
• Return Check Fee: If a check you made for payment is returned for insufficient funds, you will be charged a $30.00 fee.
• Should a legal dispute arise between the parties, the prevailing party in any litigation or mediation arising out of or relating to this relationship, shall be entitled to an award of its reasonable attorneys fees and costs.
• CUSTOMER SATISFACTION: Our business is based on customer satisfaction. If there is ever a problem with our service, please call us immediately and we will do everything reasonable to rectify the situation to your satisfaction.
